Mr Sanou Tontama - Director of Sanitation Operations at the Burkina Faso National Water and Sanitation Office (Office National de l'Eau et de l'Assainissement – ONEA)

Dr. Papa Samba Diop - Technical advisor in charge of development and international relations at the Senegal National Sanitation Office (Office National de l’Assainissement - ONAS): Dr. Papa Samba Diop, with over 30 years of experience, served as ONAS' technical advisor for a decade. He chaired the African Water and Sanitation Association (AAEA) Scientific and Technical Council for seven years and was a World Water Council (WWC) Governor for one year. Dr. Diop holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and a PhD, with expertise in various fields like urban hydraulics, sanitation, plant management, and geotechnics. In addition to his engineering work, he actively contributes to strategic initiatives in Senegal and Africa's water sectors. . He chairs the AfWASA's Scientific Council for the past 7 years and is a governor on the World Water Council (WWC) for the past year. Notably, he played a key role in the 2022 World Water Forum's international steering committee in Dakar.

Mr. Moussa Seck – Director of Membership Services with the African Water and Sanitation Association (AfWASA): Moussa SECK is a WASH Specialist with more than 20 years’ experience in development programs more specifically in the WASH sector. He worked on access to water and sanitation, FSM for several donors and organizations in rural, urban and peri urban areas. Moussa SECK is the Director of Membership Services of AfWASA.
