We will invite female professionals to share their stories, ambitions and insights for the future. In a relaxed and informal setting, these influential women will delve into their personal journeys and lessons learned, and offer invaluable advice to aspiring female professionals in the sector. The webinar will highlight actionable solutions that have proven effective in overcoming barriers to the career development of women in utilities. These solutions will be shared with utility managers across Africa, with the aim of catalysing positive change and promoting gender equality in the sector.

Rejoignez-nous pour le dernier webinaire de la série "Implication des services publics dans l'assainissement". Cette fois-ci, nous nous concentrerons sur l'avancement professionnel des femmes dans les services publics de l'eau et de l'assainissement. Nous inviterons des professionnelles à partager leurs histoires, leurs ambitions et leurs perspectives d'avenir. Dans un cadre détendu et informel, ces femmes influentes évoqueront leur parcours personnel et les leçons qu'elles en ont tirées, et offriront des conseils précieux aux femmes qui aspirent à devenir professionnelles dans le secteur. Le webinaire mettra en lumière des solutions concrètes qui se sont avérées efficaces pour surmonter les obstacles à l'évolution de carrière des femmes dans les services publics. Ces solutions seront partagées avec les responsables des services publics à travers l'Afrique, dans le but de catalyser un changement positif et de promouvoir l'égalité des sexes dans le secteur.
