ENVIRONMENT
Taking the issue of environmental hazards seriously, we support projects which help the target groups about the process of vermin-composting i.e. how to convert biodegradable waste into nutrient rich organic manure using compost matter. Through our Chikomba Climate Resilience and Adaptation Project, we have managed to develop and implement concrete adaptation actions at grass root levels to increase community livelihood resilience to climate change effects and cover the following sectors: water resources and supply, agriculture, livestock, forestry and ecosystems and gender in relation to climate change. The project applies transformative integrated environmental management and innovations, resilient rural water supply systems and Ever-Green-Agricultural (EVA) practices to reduce vulnerabilities and the impact of climate change on local communities in the district. This approach offers practical and effective combination of Community-Based-Adaption and Ecosystem-Based-Adaptation techniques to support transformation of livelihood system, combat poverty, enhance greater climate resilience of rural communities and gender equality.

WOMEN
We are determined to work for the socio economic development of underprivileged women, providing livelihood to vulnerable young children, construction of additional accommodation and to ameliorate the vulnerable condition of girls by providing them with food, clothing, shelter, education and empowering them through training programs and vocational training. We also hold capacity building programmes on building leadership vision for self-help groups. We have raised funds and helped improve the condition of underprivileged women across the province. Rosa Care Organisation is also implementing an Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (ASRHR) Project calculated at promoting the SRHR of children, adolescents and young people through the provision of comprehensive sexuality education focusing on gender sensitive approaches, increasing access for children, adolescents and young people to clinical and non-clinical SRHR services including community based services. The speak it loud girl on Sexual gender based Violence project focused on provision of support to the community in pursuit of their equal opportunities that enhances eradication of sexual gender based violence against children, girls and women sensitize the community on the importance of supporting human rights and health issues enhance caring and peaceful society free from sexual gender based violence.

DISABILITY
We are committed to the cause of disability and it is one of the core thematic interventions. It provides skill based support to special men, women, boys and girls for a sustainable livelihood. We give financial support for training and placement of people with disabilities through our partner Donors. Thousands benefited from our disability projects so far. We also provide assistive devices to promote functionality and independent living. The funds raised from this campaign have been going towards helping the underprivileged, especially those who are disabled. Rosa care has invested substantial amount of money for the benefit of the people with disabilities.

EDUCATION
We are managing more than 20 educational projects across the Districts in Mashonaland East province. We are managing educational projects working with the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education in providing educational support to orphans and vulnerable children and this has now entered season 3 after receiving overwhelming response from the community, donors and other stakeholders. The project is essentially conceptualized and designed to create mass awareness about how collaborative efforts could improve awareness on water and sanitation amongst students, by improving the conditions of schools in the province. The project has been able to promote sustainable and innovative technology in water harvesting, sanitation/drinking water has benefited more than 5,000 children till now.

HEALTH
We are currently supporting healthcare for elderly, building clinics and supply of equipment and facilities, generating awareness and implementing Government health programmes, addressing health and sanitation issues with special focus on women and children in rural areas. We raise funds to support vulnerable groups across various communities to help focus on critical health-related issues that need urgent attention.
