The Collective Leadership Institute offers the training course “Working with Stakeholder Dialogues” from 16th to 19th February, 2010, in Siem Reap/Cambodia. The course is a skills development program for those who host, initiate and facilitate stakeholder engagement processes.

The training particularly addresses program directors and project managers from public and private sector, civil society experts and practitioners from international development cooperation that seek to optimize stakeholder processes in their context of work.

It is designed to help you building your strategic abilities and implementation skills in stakeholder engagement and dialogue. You will exchange experience, gain insights, knowledge and facilitation skills to build consensus-building stakeholder relationships, convene networks for high impact solutions, and create the space for learning and collaborating with different stakeholders. You will learn essential tools for successful implementation of result-oriented Stakeholder Dialogues.

Faculty: Mrs Petra Kuenkel, Executive Director of the collective Leadership Institute and accredited partnership broker with the International Business Leaders Forum (IBLF) und Overseas Development Institute (ODI).
