Newest Partner Organisations to join SuSanA

The SuSanA network has recently expanded with 10 new partner organisations joining the network. We warmly welcome our new partners and now have 163 partner organisations in the network.
A brief introduction to each new partner organisation follows.

154: Aqua for All (The Netherlands) - Aqua for All matches expertise from the Dutch water sector to water supply and sanitation projects in developing countries and fosters partnerships in which the expertise of one party complements the requirements of the other. www.aquaforall.nl
 
155: Water Aid (United Kingdom) - WaterAid is an international NGO dedicated exclusively to the provision of safe domestic water, sanitation and hygiene education to the world’s poorest people. www.wateraid.org

156: National Institute of Health (NIH) - (Pakistan) is responsible for the newly created national WHO reference centre of Environmental Health Protection Unit in Pakistan, which includes sanitation development. www.nih.org.pk

157: Africa AHEAD - is an association of committed practitioners and partners who support holistic sustainable and cost effective development through community and school health clubs. www.africaahead.org

158: Concern Worldwide (Ireland) - For more than 40 years, Concern has been dedicated to reducing suffering and fighting hunger and poverty. Today, Concern’s work is needed more than ever. http://www.concern.net/

159: Ecotact (Kenya)  - launched the Ikotoilet initiative two years ago. Until then they have invested US$1.2 Million in construction of 40 facilities in 12 municipalities in Kenya thereby serving an average of 300,000 people daily with safe water and sanitation and create a pool of 100 employees.

160: Technologies for Economic Development (TED)  -  is a Lesotho based NGO registered in 2004. It is integrated in national and international networks on renewable energies, sustainable sanitation, and climate protection through biodiversity conservation and avoidance of land degradation. http://ted-biogas.org/

161: Ecodomeo (France) -  provides dry toilets as a modern solution for today’s homes. Their sober and elegant design allows them to fit into any type of home environment. www.ecodomeo.com

162: CIT Urban Water Management AB (Sweden) - provides services within strategic planning and development of water and wastewater systems based on a comprehensive approach to service delivery and sustainability. www.urbanwater.se

163: Safi Sana Foundation (The Netherlands/Ghana) -  works to develop scalable, local business models to produce and market renewable energy and organic fertilizer, while providing quality sanitation and clean water services to communities in (sub)tropical areas. http://safisana.org/
