Launch of checklist - Improving Effectiveness of German Development Cooperation in the Water and Sanitation Sector in sub-Saharan Africa

Presents the check-list which encourages important changes in German Development Cooperation in sub-Saharan Africa that will contribute to realisation of the human right to water and sanitation, and achievement of the MDGs. It elaborates on the eight criteria used by the German organisations such as KfW, GIZ and BGR to achieve increased effectiveness in bringing water and sanitation to more people with the same amount of funding.
