Sanitation activities of GIZ and partners in eight countries in Sub-Saharan Africa: Factsheet compilation (draft)
An output of the sanitation working group in the Fachverbund SOWAS - Services on Water and Sanitation

This is a compilation of factsheets regarding sanitation activities of GIZ and partners in eight countries in Sub-Saharan Africa. The countries are Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Kenya, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia.

The country factsheets summarise on 2 pages each the sanitation challenges, GIZ's approach, program activities and outcomes.

Apart from the eight individual factsheets, the compilation contains several comparison tables for parameters of the country programs (e.g. funding, people reached, activities at which level) to provide a comprehensive overview at a glance.
